Richard Seigel

Richard Seigel is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in investments, athletic performance, and leasing. Currently serving as an Associate in Investments at Rexford Industrial since February 2021, Richard has held various roles in real estate, including Senior Analyst and Acquisitions Analyst. As the Owner and Athletic Performance Specialist at Seigel Strength & Performance since June 2017, Richard has demonstrated expertise in developing training programs for athletes. Prior to these roles, Richard held positions at Lyon Living, contributing to leasing efforts and onboarding new associates, as well as working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at ProActive Sports Performance and The Treigning Lab. Richard's early career includes professional baseball experience and coaching, complemented by educational achievements in psychology and kinesiology from UC San Diego and West Los Angeles College, respectively, along with pre-MBA coursework from UCLA Extension.
