RJ Rieves, P.E. is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Director of Construction at Rexford Industrial since August 2020, RJ has successfully managed projects in various capacities, including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Previous roles include Project Manager at CenterCal Properties, LLC, where RJ led multiple large redevelopment projects and facilitated collaborations with city and state agencies. Prior experience includes positions at MPI - Mall Properties, Steiner + Associates, and The Lane Construction Corporation, encompassing responsibilities from energy efficiency project management to on-site construction management. RJ also founded Trooper Landscaping, establishing a successful landscaping business. Educated at Purdue University with a BS in Construction Engineering and Management, RJ Rieves brings a wealth of expertise to the construction industry.
