Tallal Elboushi

Tallal ELBoushi has over 20 years of experience in advising Human Resources leadership and companies on Compensation, Rewards, Benefits, and HRIS programs. Tallal has held leadership positions in various companies, including Rexford Industrial as Vice President Total Rewards. At ELBoushi & Associates, they leveraged their experience to advise companies on building comprehensive Total Rewards Strategies. Tallal also served as the Head of Total Rewards at Pharmavite, where they established Total Rewards and HR Operations centers of excellence. Additionally, they held positions at Guitar Center, TOMS, Broadcom Inc., Alliance HealthCare Services, Triad Financial Corporation, IntraLase Corporation, and Universal Music Group, where they led and oversaw various aspects of Total Rewards and HR functions.

Tallal ELBoushi holds a BBA degree from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, with a major in Marketing - International Marketing and a minor in Politics - International Relations.
