Vanessa Ramirez

Vanessa Ramirez has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Starting in 2004, they worked as a People Manager at McOpCo before moving on to roles such as Staffing & Training Manager, Training Consultant, and Bilingual Curriculum Design Lead at McDonald's Corporation. In 2016, they became the Global Digital Engagement Lead before transitioning to the role of US HR Operations Manager in 2017. Ramirez then worked as an Operations and Training Manager at Ferrero from 2017-2018. Currently, they are the Director of Business Training at Reyes Beverage Group, where they are responsible for designing and executing a training system and collaborating with functional leaders to meet their organizational needs. Throughout their career, Ramirez has demonstrated expertise in project management, bilingual communication, and process improvement.

Vanessa Ramirez completed their education at the University of New Orleans. Vanessa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Management from 1998 to 2001. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources. In addition to their degrees, Vanessa has obtained certifications as a FOCUS Facilitator from Franklin Covey, HCD 1 & 2 Facilitator from McDonald's Intercultural Management, and a ServSafe Proctor and Instructor from the National Restaurant & Food Association.
