David Shattles

David Shattles has extensive work experience in the IT field, particularly in the beverage industry. David started their career in 1997 at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where they held various managerial positions, including Manager of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Manager of e-Integration. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing electronic commerce and integration projects.

In 2005, Shattles continued their career at Coca-Cola Enterprises as Assistant Director of SAP Development Services and later as Assistant Director of Infrastructure Software Services. Here, they managed software services, including SAP Basis and database administration.

From 2010 to 2014, Shattles served as Group Director of SAP Application Services at Coca-Cola Refreshments. In this role, they led the strategic sourcing, vendor management, and support for SAP applications.

After that, Shattles worked at CAEI as an IT Management Consultant, providing program management and consulting services to clients such as MACY's.

In 2016, Shattles joined Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, where they have held several positions, including Director of IT COE - Product Supply and Back Office and Director of IT Application Management Services. In these roles, they were responsible for managing IT operations, application support, and master data management.

Currently, Shattles serves as VP of IT Operations at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling. David leads the IT Support and Operations across the Coca-Cola Business Unit and is responsible for transforming the S&O function.

David Shattles attended Southern College of Technology from 1984 to 1994, where they obtained an A.S. degree in Computer Science General Studies. From 1994 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering in Applied Computer Science at Southern Polytechnic State University. In 2003, they earned a Certificate in the IT Management Program from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. In 2011, they briefly studied Information Systems - SAP at Georgia Southern University but did not obtain a degree. It is worth noting that in 2022, David Shattles obtained a certification in Building Business Acumen from Acumen Learning.
