Kristyn “Kp” Porch

KP Porch has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kristyn “KP” started their career as a Personal Trainer at LA Fitness in 1998 and then worked as an Account Manager at Ultimate Staffing from 2002 to 2004, where they managed client relationships and conducted recruitment activities. From 2004 to 2017, they worked at BakerCorp in various roles, including Manager of Operational Excellence and Manager of HR Business Partner. In these positions, they focused on improving operational efficiency, providing guidance and resources to field personnel, and implementing HR programs. Since 2017, KP has been working at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling. Kristyn “KP” started as the Manager of Operational Excellence for the West OU before becoming the Manager of BU Strategic Initiatives - Field Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations, where they drive projects, collaborates with stakeholders, and manages key strategic programs.

Kristyn "KP" Porch attended National University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Management with a concentration in HR Management. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1999, they attended Cal State University Long Beach and studied Athletics. Additionally, Kristyn has obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach.
