Pam Riggio has a diverse work experience, spanning over two decades. Pam started their career as a Sales and Catering Representative at Holiday Inn Select in 1996, where they successfully secured venue space for events and fostered relationships between departments. In 1998, they joined AT&T as an Indirect Sales Specialist before transitioning to Alpine PCS as an Indirect Sales Manager in 2000. Pam then rejoined AT&T in 2001, first as a Retail Store Manager and later as an Area Retail Sales Manager. In this role, they led a team of up to 165 sales and service employees, developed operational processes, and handled union negotiations. In 2013, they worked at State Farm Insurance as an Agency Intern and Licensed Sales Representative. From 2014 to 2017, they held sales management positions at The Coca-Cola Company, including Area Sales Manager FSOP and District Sales Manager FSOP. Since 2017, they have been working at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, initially as an Area Sales Manager - Small Store and FSOP, then as a General Manager, and currently as a Director of Customer Care.

Pam Riggio obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from California State University, Bakersfield, during the period from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in General Studies at Bakersfield College between 1992 and 1996.
