Chiara Frigerio

Chiara Frigerio graduated in Political Science and International Relationships from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. From 2005 to 2010 Chiara worked for a range of companies including Piaggio Aero Industries, Accenture S.p.A, Professional Group Manpower, and Junior Achievement Italia. She joined Intesa Sanpaolo in 2011 as an HR Assistant in the retail department. She was later promoted to Senior Specialist in Recruiting & Assessing People, managing a team of five people with responsibility for developing a new hiring strategy for international departments within the Bank. She continued in the role at REYL & Cie following the strategic partnership with Intesa Sanpaolo.
