Edith Martinez Navarro

Edith Martinez Navarro is an experienced professional in organizational development and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Gerente de Desarrollo Organizacional and Gerente de atracción y retención de talento at Organización Reynera since March 2022, Edith leads the talent attraction strategy and oversees the recruitment of managerial and director-level profiles. Prior to this role, Edith was Jefe de recursos humanos at ESA Consultoría e Ingeniería, focusing on national talent attraction strategies and onboarding processes. Edith also held the position of Jefe de capital humano at Grupo Bafar, where responsibilities included talent attraction strategies for the Monterrey/Saltillo division and managing onboarding and annual training plans.
