Duane Yhap

Duane Yhap has extensive work experience in corporate strategy, planning, and finance. Duane is currently serving as the VP Corporate Strategy & Planning at Reynolds American Inc., where they lead and tracks a $15 billion revenue US corporate strategy. Duane also oversees a cross-functional PMO that delivers $610 million of annual cost savings across various departments. Previously, Duane worked at Diageo, where they held multiple roles, including Global Strategy Transformation Director for Smirnoff and Director of Strategy, Commercial Finance & Talent (International Assignment). During their time at Diageo, they owned P&L and performance management for a $1.7 billion revenue brand and led the commercial finance function for three operating businesses in Africa. Prior to Diageo, Duane worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at IBM in their Global Technology Services division.

Duane Yhap attended NYU Stern School of Business where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Finance.
