Eric Scott

Eric Scott is a Senior Scientist at Reynolds American Inc. with extensive experience in vapor submission, modern oral submissions, and product stewardship, notably supporting the commercial launch of over 100 smokeless products. Eric also manages the Bioassay Development Lab and has contributed to budget planning for future projects. In academia, Eric serves as an Adjunct Professor at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and has taught Anatomy and Physiology at Durham Technical Community College. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Scholar at Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where Eric led research on lupus and developed high-throughput assays for identifying antibodies and analyzing immune cell abnormalities. Eric has a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by postdoctoral training at Duke University.
