Rich Sterenczak

Rich "RJ" Sterenczak has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the technology and telecommunications industry. Rich "RJ" started their career as a Communications Engineer at Alternative Resources Corporation in March 1997. In October 1997, they joined Kindred Healthcare as a Network Engineer, where they were responsible for designing, engineering, and supporting LAN/MAN/WAN networks for over 700 healthcare facilities across the United States. In March 1999, Sterenczak became the Lead Systems Analyst at R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, where they were in charge of supporting the network infrastructure. Rich "RJ" held this position until August 2008, when they became the Senior Manager - Information Management at Reynolds American Inc. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Reynolds American Inc., where they lead a team responsible for migrating multiple applications and back-end systems to AWS (Amazon Web Services).
