Matteo Brambilla has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Matteo began their career at Lingotek and Global Edge Solutions as an English to Italian translator. Matteo then worked as a Community Manager and Eng<>Ita translator at TVN Media Group. Matteo later joined Hewlett-Packard, where they served as a Junior HR Administration Specialist and eventually became an HR & Payroll Team Leader. Matteo briefly worked at Capita as a Service Delivery Manager before transitioning to a Team Leader role at Capita's Claims division. Matteo then joined Expedia, Inc. as a Service Executive, responsible for managing contact centers and providing support to EAN affiliates. Following that, they worked at Ralph Lauren as a Contact Center Operations Manager EMEA, overseeing operational changes and vendor partnerships. Matteo briefly served as a Senior Customer Service Manager at UNIQLO EUROPE LTD before their current position as the Head of Customer Service at Reynolds Catering Supplies Ltd.
Matteo Brambilla has a degree in Cultural and Linguistic Mediation with a focus on Intercultural Linguistic Activities from the Università degli Studi di Milano. Matteo also holds a diploma in Foreign Languages from IISS Carlo Emilio Gadda. In addition, they have received language training at the "Millham Ford School" institute in Oxford and the "Anatole Françe" institute in Montpellier. Matteo has also achieved certifications such as Best Trainer of FY13 from HP internal recognition and Payroll Certification from HP Internal Certification in 2013 and 2012 respectively.
