Calvin Converse II

Calvin Converse II has extensive experience in facilities and engineering management, currently serving as the Facilities Operations Manager at Reynolds Consumer Products since April 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing the operations of critical plant systems across three sites. Previously, Calvin held the position of Engineering Manager, leading a team of 46 members in daily production resolution and continuous improvement initiatives. As a Lean Manager, Calvin facilitated a transformative Lean Manufacturing initiative, significantly improving changeover downtime and achieving substantial cost savings. Prior to Reynolds, Calvin worked as an Engineering Consultant at ITO Industries, focusing on value stream assessments, and served as Principal Engineer at Snap-on Tools, where strategic manufacturing processes were developed for multiple plants. Calvin holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Northwestern University.
