Morgan Knehans

Morgan Knehans is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer and previously held roles including Technical Quality Manager and Process Improvement Engineer at Reynolds Consumer Products since May 2020. Prior to that, Knehans worked at North American Stainless from July 2016 to May 2020, holding positions such as Mill Bay Engineer/Supervisor, Process Control and Development Engineer, and Hot Mill Process Engineer. Additionally, a metallurgical internship at General Dynamics OTS involved extensive microstructure evaluations for the defense industry and led to significant operational improvements. Knehans also conducted research on polycarbonate ultrasonic spot welding for aerospace applications as a student researcher at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Louisville and a degree from The University of Alabama earned between 2012 and 2016.
