Oksana Downs

Oksana Downs is a seasoned professional in sales operations and trade management, currently serving as Sr Director of Trade & Sales Operations at Reynolds Consumer Products since November 2018, where earlier, the role of Director of Trade Transformation was held. Prior to this, Oksana worked at PharMEDium Services as Sr Sales Operations Manager, contributing to the company’s leadership in customized pharmacy sterile compounding. Oksana’s extensive experience also includes a 20-year tenure at The Kraft Heinz Company, where roles ranged from Associate Director of Sales Operations to various positions in corporate planning and information systems. Oksana holds an MBA in Marketing from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Kiev Institute of Technology.
