Doug McCaw II

Doug McCaw II began their work experience in 2001 at Gates and Sons Inc., where they held the role of Manager R&D / QC. During their time there, they developed automation equipment, managed new product development, and oversaw the IT department. In 2010, they joined Reynolds Polymer Technology as a Product Design Engineer. Currently, they are actively looking for the next opportunity, preferably related to engineering in design or manufacturing.

Doug McCaw II attended Walla Walla University from 1998 to 2001. During this time, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering.
