Mark Duke has a wealth of experience in the finance industry, having held various roles since 1996. Mark's career began at Crone Corkill, where they worked as the Financial Controller. In 1997, they joined Veolia Environmental Services UK as the Group Financial Controller of ServiceTeam Holdings. From 1998 to 1999, they served as Vice President of European Finance and Security Capital US Realty at GE Capital. In 2003, they began working at Crowe as Executive Managing Partner of Specialist Services, and subsequently held the roles of Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in Sydney. In 2017, they joined Simble as Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for the Finance Function of a globally complex organisation across Australia, Europe and Asia. Mark also raised over $10m in investment as they listed Simble on the Australian Stock Exchange through a successful IPO in February 2018. Mark Duke then moved to PASS Technology Group in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer and is currently working at Kiwi Power as Chief Financial Officer, providing the world's leading virtual power plant platform. Mark is set to join Rezatec in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer.
Mark Duke began their education in 1983 at Elderslie High School and graduated in 1988. Mark then attended Western Sydney University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting from 1989 to 1992. In 1993 and 1994, they completed the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand program, earning their CA qualification. In 2015, they attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors and obtained their GAICD qualification in the Company Directors Course.
