Phil Clarke

Phil Clarke has worked in the finance industry since 1991. Phil began their career as an Accounts Assistant at Dick Lovett Group and then moved on to Accounts Manager at Bredy Agricentre (Dorset) Ltd in 1994. In 1997, they took on the role of Company Accountant at Matrox, and in 1998 they became Manager - Accounting & Reporting - UK & Ireland at CDK Global (UK) Limited (now Keyloop (UK) Ltd). In 2018, they were Interim Finance Controller at Oxitec Ltd and is currently Financial Controller and Company Secretary at Rezatec, a position they have held since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial reports, developing policies and procedures, and working with the CFO on the budget process.

Phil Clarke attended Malmesbury Secondary School from 1984 to 1991, where they obtained their A Levels in Mathematics, Economics, and Geography.
