Douglas Kwiatkowski is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Chief Enterprise Architect for Private Networks at RF Connect since June 2023, where responsibilities include developing strategies for private networks and driving innovation. As President and Owner of WDJK Communications and Chief Innovation Officer at URBAN WIRELESS SOLUTIONS, LLC, Douglas specializes in community broadband planning and has extensive experience in public speaking on network planning. Previously, Douglas held the position of Senior Fellow - Innovation & Technology at KLA Laboratories, Inc. after a notable 28-year tenure at Verizon Wireless as a Principal Engineer focused on wireless solutions. Douglas began their career as an RF Engineer at Ford Motor Company and possesses degrees in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Lawrence Technological University.
