Aaron Ellinger

Aaron Ellinger has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Aaron is currently serving as the VP of Organizational Development at RF-SMART, where they focus on helping team members grow and increase their impact through coaching, development planning, and talent assessment. Prior to this role, they held the position of VP of People at RF-SMART and ICS, where they oversaw employee acquisition, development, and retention. Aaron also served as the VP of Professional Services at RF-SMART, mcaConnect, and DigiTerra, leading teams responsible for delivering services. Additionally, Aaron has experience in sales as the Director of Sales - Midwest at RF-SMART. Before their tenure at RF-SMART, they held leadership positions as Oracle Practice Director at Centric Consulting, Ciber, and Terillium. Aaron Ellinger completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Taylor University from 1989 to 1992.
