Jay Charles has a wealth of experience in the IT industry, starting their career at Ann Summers in 2003 as an IT Support specialist. Jay then moved to Inchcape Fleet Solutions in 2006, where they worked as an IT Support Analyst until 2009. After that, they joined Coty as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst and later became the Site Lead & Senior Infrastructure Analyst. In 2015, they joined Datix Ltd as a Systems and Infrastructure Administrator. Currently, Jay is working at RFA, where they started as a Client Services Engineer in 2016. Jay quickly progressed to the role of Senior Client Services Engineer before finally transitioning to their current position as the Client Services Team Lead in December 2020.

Jay Charles has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from London South Bank University, which was obtained from 1998 to 2000. Jay also holds an HND (Higher National Diploma) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same university, achieved from 1996 to 1998. Before that, Jay completed their GCSEs at Raynes Park High School from 1986 to 1990. In terms of additional certifications, Jay has obtained various Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. Jay also holds certifications in ITIL v3 Foundation, Prince2 Practitioner, Prince2 Foundation, and ITIL v2 Foundation.
