Beth Tesfaye

Beth Tesfaye has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Beth started their career as a Resourcing Consultant at the British Council, where they were responsible for meeting organizational resource requirements and coordinating interviews. Beth then worked as a Recruiter/Coordinator at the A2Dominion Group, handling various recruitment tasks such as producing job adverts, processing applications, and training new team members. Beth also worked as a UK Early Entry Career Recruiter at Microsoft, a Resourcing Advisor at the Financial Ombudsman Service, and a Talent Acquisition Partner at Audley Travel. Beth later joined FE International, Inc. as a Recruitment Specialist and the Climate Bonds Initiative as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Currently, they are employed at RFI Global in the role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
