Alyssa Cole

Alyssa Cole is a skilled food scientist and project manager with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently, Alyssa serves as Food Scientist II/Project Manager at RFI Ingredients since November 2021. Previous roles include Food Scientist at Pappardelle's Pasta Company and Quality Assurance Specialist at Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe, where Alyssa focused on food safety processes and product standards. Alyssa began the career as an intern at Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe and gained further experience as a Lab Assistant at the Sensory Evaluation Center and a Sensory and Consumer Insights Co-op at The Hershey Company. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science from Penn State University.
