Jonathan Frey

Jonathan Frey has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on capital markets and debt financing. Jonathan is currently serving as the Head of Debt Capital Markets at RFR Holding LLC since 2022. Before that, they worked at Pyramid Management Group for 12 years, where they held the position of Director of Capital Markets. In this role, they were responsible for driving investment and capital markets strategies for the company's retail portfolio. Prior to that, Jonathan worked at Morgan Stanley for over a decade, holding various positions including Managing Director and Executive Director. During their tenure at Morgan Stanley, they led teams in asset management, restructuring, and risk management. Jonathan also played a significant role in establishing the company's securitization business in Australia and New Zealand. Jonathan's earlier experience includes working at Mutual of New York and PGIM Real Estate, where they held roles in asset management and acquisitions & dispositions, respectively.

Jonathan Frey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Wharton School in 1988.
