Herb Wong has a strong background in product strategy and development, client services, and global services executive roles. Currently, they serve as the SVP of Product & Strategy at rfxcel, where they develop the strategic plan and product roadmap while working closely with customers and internal stakeholders. Prior to rfxcel, Herb was the VP of Client Services at Tradescape, where they managed the largest accounts and successfully turned around a critical release, securing a $14M contract. Herb also served as a Global Services Executive at Microsoft, overseeing all aspects of consulting services and managing key accounts such as Gap. Herb's achievements include marketing transformation, increased lead generation, stabilizing systems, reducing defects, and implementing new solutions for retail accounts.

Herb Wong pursued continuing education at Stanford University from 2019 to 2020. Herb obtained a degree in Continuing Education during this time. Prior to that, Herb attended California State University, Chico, where they completed their Bachelors of Science in Computer Science.
