Meenakshi Mehta

Meenakshi Mehta has extensive experience in recruitment and education, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at RG Talent Inc since April 2016, where responsibilities include managing a team of thirty recruiters and guiding recruitment leads through various challenges. Prior to this role, Meenakshi was a Lead Technical Recruiter and a Technical Recruiter, overseeing recruitment processes for consultants and managing teams of recruiters. Earlier professional experience includes teaching at Vidyantriksh School and serving as a Lecturer in Computer Science at Sant Roshan Lal College of Education. Meenakshi holds a Master of Computer Applications, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application, and a Bachelor of Arts, all obtained from Maharshi Dayanand University.
