Agustina Frola

Agustina Frola is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition & Sourcing at R/GA since October 2019. In this role, Agustina focuses on building a diverse workforce and enhancing the talent sourcing experience globally. Prior to R/GA, Agustina worked as a Freelance Headhunter and Recruiter, providing recruitment services across various regions, including Asia.
