David Toma

David Toma is the Managing Director at R/GA Berlin. Prior to this, they were a Senior Executive at EY, where they focused on Industry & Market Strategy, Growth & Innovation. Before EY, David was at Accenture for 6 years, where they were a Manager of Global Growth & Innovation Initiatives. David has experience working in the Telecommunications, Media & Technology industries, as well as with Industry-convergent services. David has a wealth of experience with developing organic growth strategies, market entry and international expansion, product development, service strategy and transformation, and emerging markets.

David Toma graduated from the University of Mannheim with a degree in economics. David then went on to earn their MBA from the University of Sydney.

They work with Stephen Plumlee - Vice Chairman, R/GA & Managing Partner, R/GA Ventures, Angie Hannam - EVP, Global Chief Talent Officer, and Nick Coronges - EVP, Global Chief Tech Officer. Their manager is Sean Lyons, Global CEO.
