Erin Rabasca

Erin Rabasca leads a global team at R/GA that focuses exclusively on talent growth to maximize innovative work while supporting an inclusive culture. Erin’s Talent Management teams drive collaboration and integration at R/GA, unlocking the company’s vast capabilities of talent from around the world.

Erin is known to specialize in leading and shepherding change. She rethinks legacy structures and rebuilds business procedures that produce more groundbreaking work. As an artist and painter, and with a degree in communications and art history from Boston University, Erin brings a unique balance of visual design, science and business acumen to R/GA. Her experience running business divisions while always championing creative has made Erin a hero with clients.

Previously at Digitas, Erin has done work with American Express, Pfizer, Best Buy, Google, Verizon, Samsung and Nike. Most importantly, she brings perspective as a mother, wife and passionate lover of dogs. Her mutt rescue is “Foxy” - but it’s not clear who rescued who.
