Jon Kerr has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at R/GA since May 2018, after progressing through roles such as Associate Director and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to R/GA, Jon held a position as Senior Recruiter at Onward Search and worked as an Account Executive at TheMuse.com. Earlier experience includes Senior Recruiter roles at 24 Seven Inc. and Relationship Manager at Apple. Jon began the career as a Marketing Intern at the University of Miami, where a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration was obtained from 2005 to 2010. Jon also attended Charles University in 2010 for further education.
