Martin Houle

Martin Houle has extensive experience in the reinsurance and consulting sectors, currently serving as VP and Head of Traditional Business Development at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since November 2005. In this role, Martin focuses on developing innovative life and health-related reinsurance solutions for clients in Quebec and Eastern Canada. Previously, Martin held the position of VP for Living Benefits at RGA Canada, where expertise was utilized to enhance the Living Benefits market and assist clients in creating new reinsurance products. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Actuary and Pricing Actuary at Mercer Human Resource Consulting from September 2002 to November 2005. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Université Laval, earned in 2002.
