Jon McCarthy

Jon McCarthy is currently the Sr. Director of Operations at RGBSI Aerospace & Defense. Prior to this role, Jon held the title of General Manager at Hendrickson and General Manager / President at Midwest Tool & Engineering. Jon has extensive experience in operations management, with previous roles at LORD Corporation and Dana Holding Corporation. Jon holds an MBA in Business from Bowling Green State University and a BS in MAT Engineering from Lehigh University.
