Trista Berryman

Trista Berryman has extensive work experience, starting in 2012 as a Recreation Leader for the City of Lompoc. In 2019, they transitioned to a position as Systems Analyst at RGNext, where they currently work.

Trista Berryman's education history includes a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership, with a focus on Human Resource Management, obtained from Regent University in the year 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Human Resources, from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2016 to 2018. Before attending California Polytechnic State University, Trista completed an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration at Allan Hancock College from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Trista Berryman holds the certification of Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) obtained from HRCI in December 2017.
