Dominic Lessard has been with RGP Groupe Financier for over six years, and is currently the Directeur des opérations Standop. Prior to joining RGP, Dominic was with Desjardins Financial Security for two years as a Contract Administrator. Dominic was responsible for taking charge of customer requests and processing them within the established timeframe while ensuring customer satisfaction. In their previous role as Marketing Research Technician with IPL Inc., Dominic was responsible for conducting market research surveys, preparing questionnaires, and tabulating results. Dominic also analyzed data and wrote reports based on their findings.
