Allyson Pooley

Allyson Pooley has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Allyson is currently working at RGP as the Senior Director of Client Development since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Client Development at RGP starting in 2019. Allyson also has experience at Financial Profiles, Inc. as the Senior Vice President, where they were responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding the firm's presence in the Midwest. Additionally, they served as the VP of Strategy & Development and Secretary of Academic Board at Western International University (subsidiary of Apollo Education Group) and as the Vice President of Investor Relations at Apollo Education Group. Allyson has also held roles at ICR, Merrill Lynch, UBS O'Connor, The Chicago Corporation, and Trust Company of the West. Throughout their career, Allyson has demonstrated expertise in areas such as client development, strategic planning, investor relations, financial communications, and equity research analysis.

Allyson Pooley attended the University of California, Berkeley where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. Allyson later pursued their education at the USC Marshall School of Business, where they graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance.
