Chelsea Tucker

Chelsea Tucker’s work experience begins in 2006 when they worked as a Legal Assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. After a year, they were promoted to Case Lead and managed a team of 5 legal assistants in support of a high-profile litigation case.

In 2007, Chelsea moved on to work as a Business Analyst at Freddie Mac.

From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Global Program Manager at Georgetown University, where they managed operations, logistics, and marketing events for the School of Foreign Service in Doha, Qatar. Chelsea'srole also involved promoting business development efforts to increase enrollment.

In 2012, Chelsea joined lululemon as a Senior Manager Sales Business Development. Chelsea oversaw the operations, staffing, marketing, and P&L for a $6M retail store. During their time at lululemon, they also served as an acting interim Regional Manager, overseeing a $30M P&L and 300+ employees.

From 2016 to 2018, Chelsea worked as a Strategic Business Consultant at PeopleMaven. During this time, they collaborated on the creation of company principles, developed product training and marketing strategies, and hired and trained a team of 15 marketing associates.

Chelsea then joined lululemon again in 2018 and served as a Product & Program Innovation Manager. Chelsea'sresponsibilities included leading strategic pilot initiatives and conducting research for potential growth markets. Chelsea secured $240K in funding for a marketing pilot program and led a team of cross-functional partners.

In 2019, Chelsea joined RGP as a Director of Business Development for the Pacific Northwest. Chelsea provided support to clients in solving their business problems by ensuring the right resources were in place. Recently, they were promoted to Vice President of Business Development and is now serving as the VP Head of National Business Development, leading a team of business development professionals across the U.S.

Chelsea Tucker has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Yale University. Chelsea also holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Georgetown University.
