Julie Shaver

SVP, Corporate Development & Strategy at RGP

Julie Shaver is the current Senior Vice President of SVP, Corporate Development & Strategy at RGP. Julie has been with the company since August of 2020 and in their current role for just over four months. Prior to their current position, Ms. Shaver served as the Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations for just under a year. In that role, they were responsible for leading both corporate development and investor relations efforts for RGP. Her focus was on driving results through inorganic growth initiatives and strategic communication/engagement with the investor community.

Ms. Shaver has been with RGP for just over three years. Prior to their role as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, they served as the Chief of Staff for Special Projects for just over a year and a half. In that role, they were responsible for supporting RGP's business transformation, governance, risk & compliance, and technology & digital innovation efforts.

Ms. Shaver has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Julie began their career as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton where they worked for three years before transitioning to the public sector to work for the Department of Homeland Security. Julie spent four years in government before returning to the private sector to join RGP.

Ms. Shaver holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree in Public Administration from George Mason University.

Julie Shaver attended Stanford Law School, where they received their Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Prior to attending Stanford, they obtained their Bachelor's degree from Pomona College in Public Policy Analysis and Russian Literature.

They work with Venkat Ramaswamy - SVP, International, Tom Schember - EVP, Global Client Services, and Lauren Elkerson - Chief Legal Officer. Julie Shaver reports to Kate Duchene, CEO.
