James W then joined Capgemini Consulting as an Account Executive, managing outsourcing relationships for major US companies. In 2011, they started their own consulting firm, J Martin Consulting, LLC, where they worked as a Consultant until 2013. During this time, they also worked as a Consultant at Pfizer. In 2013, they joined RGP as the Client Services Director, where they currently work. In this role, they oversee various areas such as finance & accounting, information management, risk & compliance, human capital, legal & regulatory, corporate advisory & restructuring, strategic communications, supply chain management, and healthcare solutions.
