Julianne Brinkman

Julianne Brinkman is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in global compensation management across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Compensation at RGP since August 2022, Julianne has held senior roles at Sendoso and Qualys, as well as interim positions, such as Compensation Director at Ensemble Health Partners. Significant contributions include conducting in-depth analyses during "The Great Resignation," developing remote work strategies, and enhancing compensation frameworks to support rapid company growth. Previous roles also include overseeing a large incentive program at Macy's and managing HR functions at The United States Playing Card Company. Julianne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
