Nicole Jacquet

Nicole Jacquet has a diverse background in finance and consulting. Nicole started their career as a Staff Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1998. Nicole then joined Disney Consumer Products and Interactive in 2000 as an Accounting Supervisor, where they managed royalty revenue and cash application. In 2006, they moved to Nestle Waters as a Business Manager, providing financial stewardship and analyzing P&L results. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Nestle as a Finance Manager, specializing in driving cost management and budget optimization through FP&A. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Talent Management at RGP, a global consulting firm that focuses on solving pressing business problems and enabling transformative change.

Nicole Jacquet obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Economics with an Accounting Emphasis from UC Santa Barbara from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Fair and Effective Interviewing for Diversity and Inclusion from LinkedIn in 2022.
