Shantini Lewis

Shantini Lewis, CPA has a diverse range of work experience in the finance and accounting field. Shantini started their career as an Accountant at Manipal Finance Corporation Limited, where they handled financial reporting and analysis. Shantini then moved on to Portston Inc. as a Staff Auditor, providing audit services and assisting with FAS 123R implementation. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Shantini worked as an Experienced Associate, performing audits for large corporations and gaining the necessary experience to obtain their CPA certification.

Shantini then transitioned to the role of Senior SEC Analyst at Sanmina-SCI, where they focused on SEC reporting. At KLA-Tencor, Shantini worked as a Senior SEC Reporting Analyst, responsible for filing reports and preparing financial packages.

Shantini joined Accretive Solutions as a Sr. Consultant, where they provided services related to IPO/S-1 filings, SEC filings, and audit support. Shantini also conducted risk assessments and process mapping for various clients. Shantini later became a Finance Lead Project Manager at RGP, where they managed finance projects.

Throughout their career, Shantini has developed expertise in financial reporting, SEC compliance, audit procedures, and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Their experience spans various industries, including semiconductor, healthcare, and technology.

Shantini Lewis, CPA, holds an MBA in International Finance and Business from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Shantini also has a BBA in Finance and Marketing, completed from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they are an Active Certified Public Accountant, having obtained this certification from the California Board of Accountancy in 2007.
