Sreeraman Natarajan

Sreeraman Natarajan, known as SREE, serves as the Head of Practice in Business & Capability Transformation at RGP since May 2025. Previously, SREE held the position of Head of Global Finance Operations and Digital Transformation at bp from June 2021 to May 2025. SREE's experience includes roles such as Senior Director of Finance at Philips and Finance, SSC & IT Director at Johnson & Johnson, among others, accumulating extensive expertise in finance management across various sectors. SREE's academic credentials include a Master's Degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and advanced programs from notable institutions like INSEAD and Babson College, focusing on leadership, accounting, and information technology.
