Ai Leen Yeoh has over 15 years of experience in customer analytics and business process re-engineering. Ai Leen started their career as a Consultant at Accenture in 2000, where they specialized in business process re-engineering and change management for Telecommunication clients. Ai Leen then moved on to RHB Bank in 2005, where they served as the Head of Customer Analytics for the Retail Banking department. In this role, they managed the Customer Analytics department, delivering marketing insights and analytics on customer and product behavior. Ai Leen also supported product business in opportunity sizing and target market selection for various campaigns.

Ai Leen Yeoh completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and International Business from the University Malaya. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from The University of Manchester in 2000.
