Nick Tan Chong Min

Nick Tan Chong Min is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics and engineering. Currently serving as the Chapter Lead for Retail Banking in Group Data and Analytics at RHB Banking Group since August 2019, Nick leads initiatives under the AGILE methodology to transform data into actionable business insights. Previously, from January 2010 to August 2019, Nick held multiple roles at Western Digital, including Principal Engineer, where analytical skills were applied using statistical methodologies to monitor data trends, and Team Lead for NPI Engineering, overseeing a team to ensure precision in component qualifications. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics with a focus on Telecommunications from Multimedia University, completed in 2009.
