Shannon Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operations planning, demand management, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Director of Sales & Operations Planning at Rheem Manufacturing, Shannon has previously held key roles at PrimeSource Building Products as Sr. Manager Demand Planning and at Wolfspeed as Sr. Manager in Demand Management and Business Planning. In these positions, Shannon demonstrated exceptional leadership by designing and implementing processes that enhanced operational results and supported rapid growth. Shannon's experience also includes mediation work at the Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center and various roles at Texas Instruments, where significant financial forecasting, inventory management, and strategic operations were addressed. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas.
