Derya Ilkaya

Derya Ilkaya is an experienced professional in the field of electronics and engineering, currently serving as the Quality Manager for Electronics at Rheinmetall Defence since April 2019. Prior to this role, Derya held various positions at Würth Elektronik Group from May 2012 to March 2019, including Project Manager and Development Engineer. Derya's early career includes a Research Assistant role at IMTEK, University of Freiburg (December 2008 - March 2012) and internships at Endress+Hauser Gruppe and Daimler AG in 2008 and 2006, respectively. Derya holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Microsystems Engineering from the University of Freiburg, completed in 2011 and 2009, respectively.
