Jovica Antonic has extensive experience in human resources management, currently holding roles at ZETA and multiple organizations including IBIDEN Ceram Austria GmbH and Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles Österreich Gesmbh, all since 2016. Responsibilities encompass employer branding, personal marketing, applicant management, recruiting, and knowledge of Austrian labor and social law, along with payroll accounting. Jovica is currently pursuing a degree in Labor and Employment Law at Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, having started in October 2022.
