Thomas Umlauf

Thomas Umlauf has extensive experience in senior IT leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President IT - Senior Business Partner & Head of Demand Management Vehicle Systems Europe and S+A at Rheinmetall since September 2021. Prior to this position, Thomas held the role of Vice President Corporate IT at Bertelsmann from January 2015 to August 2021 and managed global IT portfolios and resources at Henkel from January 2008 to December 2014. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Senior Business Consultant at SAP and as an Applications Manager at Cerestar GmbH. Thomas holds a Master of Arts in Organisational Development from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, an MBA in International Management from FOM Essen, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
