Alexa Wessels

Alexa Wessels currently serves as the Head of Operational HR at rhenag Rheinische Energie AG since March 2024, providing strategic support to the board and management while overseeing operational HR processes and key HR projects. Prior to this, Wessels was the Head of HR/HR Business Partner at Landliebe GmbH, where responsibilities included HR strategy development and consultation with management. Previous experience includes a role as Job Coach focusing on various coaching topics, and a significant tenure at HARIBO Germany as an HR Business Partner/Senior HR Specialist, providing comprehensive support in recruiting, employee development, and legal guidance. Wessels began a career in human resources at KAMAX and has also held internships at multiple companies. Educational qualifications include a Business Graduate degree and certifications in coaching and labor law.
